As a university professional, I having no pets/kids, I live in a single house with my husband. We are responsible landlords who will always look after the house so that my tenant can enjoy very comfortable living.

2. The bedroom is seeking a owner/tenant, preferrably male!!
1). The room is in a self contained 3-bedroom apartment, with their own private entrance, private kitchen and even tenant\'s private laundry!

2). The room is super large, with hardwood floor, a double bed, a desk.

3). Rent is only $500/month including all utilities, also HIGHSPEED INTERNET, CABLE TV & FREE LAUNDRY!!!!!So if you pay $500 you have everything!

4). The house is fully equipped with central air-conditioning, central air cleaner, central humidifier & an extra capacity hot water tank - never cold showers!

5). Only 2 people share a private bathroom. The other person is a recent university graduate with excellent references from his previous roommates and landlords. Quiet, respectful!
The apartment is kept very nice and clean. If you are renting here, you will feel like living at home, clean, and nice!!!

Sometimes it is not easy to rent a place because you don\'t know what the landlord and other roommates are like. Sometimes the place is so shabby and dirty... These situations won\'t happen here! If you look for some place, spacious, with full privacy, neat and reasonable roommate/landlord, this is what you should consider.
